THE MAIN THING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME IS THAT I'M THE ONE WITH THE FOOD
I hate nothing more than reading nine kilometres of life story before I reach a recipe on a blog.
So I’m going to keep this bio short.
I believe in doing a few things well and pairing interests with skills. What I love is hiking. And what I’m good at is nutrition and organisation.
Putting them together was a no-brainer.
If you're still reading, I assume you want to improve your performance and nutrition on the trail.
You want information that takes years to learn, understand, test, and apply – and you want it from someone with equivalent experience on the trails. I've got both.

My qualifications are below.
I can help you plan meals & snacks for your upcoming hike (including ultralight, budget, and homemade options), consult on new or existing outdoor food products, and provide general meal plans for daily health.
